PRICING

YOUR 1ST SESSION IS ALWAYS ON ME

This gives us the opportunity to establish a foundation together (to discover what your needs are and how I can best be of service); it’s important for me that you get to experience breathwork for yourself.

2ND SESSION AND INTO THE FUTURE

Sliding scale for individuals/pairs: $60 - $120

Sliding scale for groups: $400 - $2,000

THE COLLECTIVE

Choose the membership option for a recurring donation of $160/month and you’ll get 4 private sessions per month and access to every weekly and monthly public group session offered.

PARTICIPATION

An INDIVIDUAL is permitted to have 1 additional attendee to cut the cost down and/or should the session be for a couple, or besties.

GROUPS are permitted to have up to 18 attendees to cut the cost down for each individual.

TIMEFRAME FOR INDIVIDUALS & PAIRS

75 minutes total

  • 15 minutes for intros and education

  • 45 minute session consisting of:

    • 25 minutes of the active breath

    • 20 minutes of rest

  • 15 minutes for process and aftercare

Note: It is of course up to each individual should you wish to do a shorter session based on your capacity within the session.

90 minutes total

  • 30 minutes for intros and education

  • 45 minute session consisting of:

    • 25 minutes of the active breath

    • 20 minutes of rest

  • 15 minutes for process and aftercare

LOCATION

ONLINE SESSIONS

You will receive a Zoom link and the hope is that you can be in a private place/space where you can lay down comfortably for the duration of the session, uninterrupted.  

IN-PERSON SESSIONS

If you are in the tri-state area, I am willing to travel to you (for an additional fee). I am also willing to coordinate a workshop / retreat wherever in the world you are located (for an additional fee).

ENVIRONMENT

Yoga mat, meditation pillows, bed/couch, blankets, whatever you need to support your physical body. Earbuds (if preferred), on a laptop (ideal) or phone. Comfy clothes suggested. Some people like to have a notebook handy, some water, or even sacred tokens/stones present to their own personal woo-woo level. You do you!
